Horses always give honest feedback
In college, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Through this, I've discovered a love for building teams. When we work with horses, we are attempting to build a partnership between predator and prey animal; it can be one of the most revealing personal journeys of our lives. I have also enjoyed using horses to help people become better leaders in their every day lives.
This brought me to a partnership with Unbridled Leadership. I assist them in their leadership conferences, working with Cooperate Employee's, managers, and CEO's from all over the country to increase productivity and happiness in the workplace—creating more harmonious partnerships within teams, and between horses and humans.
